Effects of Fuel and Water
The following images demonstrate the effects of water in a fuel system.
They are arranged in order from top to bottom by column.
Gasoline and Diesel have the same reactions to water contamination. We use Diesel in this demonstration.

Contents drained onto filter paper, Notice rust and the corrosion on the reference metal and accumulated rust. Also note the entire reference metal is rusted. |
Contents drained onto filter paper. Notice total lack of rust and corrosion. Reference metal and sample metal are totally clean. |
CONCLUSION
When diesel tanks get water in them you will have problems with rust, corrosion and Microbial growth. This can cost you thousands of dollars. |
CONCLUSION
When diesel tanks get water in them you will have problems with rust, corrosion and Microbial growth. Treatment products that act as a Surfactant will do nothing to prevent this. This can cost you thousands of dollars. |
CONCLUSION
When diesel tanks get water in them you will have problems with rust, corrosion and Microbial growth. Treatment products that act as a Emulsifiers will do nothing to prevent this. In fact they can cause increased damage by exposing all metal components to the emulsified water content. This can cost you thousands of dollars. |
CONCLUSION
When diesel tanks get water in them and they have been treated with Sentry Treatments you will have no rust, corrosion and Microbial growth. Sentry Treatments stop all Fuel/Water problems. This will save you thousands of dollars. |
